Victorian Dresser Jar With Cover Circa 1885
This pretty dresser jar measures 5-3/4 inches in diameter x 4 inches tall to the top of the loop handle. It has pink flowers and green leaves on white background with gold decorations. On the inside jar and cover is plain white. There are blue markings on bottom of jar (cannot decipher), but based on the goods in the estate sale from which this was purchased and information from an elderly relative, it is believed to date from between 1885 and 1890.
