"Love's Message" card from 1911. No manufacturer's notation but clearly a quality product of the times. Excellent condition, clean die-cut impression. Top and bottom edges are still intact and fresh. This card was obviously well-cared for. Originally posted from Ouvry, Ontario in Feb 1911 with cancelled 1-cent Canadian stamp, "To Cousin Grant from Hazel" written on back. The artwork is exceptional, colors are unfaded and nicely balanced. The die-cut chromolithograph impression creates a vivid 3D appearance of the little boy kissing the hand of the young girl.
